My grandmother recently told my cousin, business owner of International After School Program, that no matter how high you get, people accustomed to power will see you and know that they must put a stop to you. The program is free through the No Child Left Behind legislation, and is computer based. We give free computers to every student that completes our program to further the tutorial process after their done. However, it is a constant issue in trying to provide more opportunities to our youth.
