Dope or Nope: Common "Universal Mind Control" (teaser)

I don't know what happened with Invincible Summer, the album Common was supposed to drop summer '08, but this was one of the first buzz tracks for the release. Universal Mind Control is a tad bit old, but the video is brand spanking new, and a pretty wild visually.

It's only a teaser, but you tell us...is it Dope or Nope?
