Ford's Tough

Before you peel out in that Mustang or GT, you might wanna think again. Ford Motor Co. is preparing to introduce the "MyKey" feature next summer on its 2010 models. MyKey allows parents to control the way their teens drive, without even being in the car. Parents can set a speed limit for their teen drivers with a computer chip that is in the key. This means the driver of the car can not exceed the preset speed limit. MyKey also allows parents to limit the volume of the stereo system and it will send out an alert that lets parents know when the driver is not wearing a seatbelt.

Ford is hating big time on teen drivers, but this is actually a cool idea. It's a good way to keep teen drivers safe and aware of what they're doing. To read more click here
