Random Question of the Day:

In today's world, it's becoming increasingly common to find single parents back on the market. For singles with no kids, the question has to be asked, can you date someone with children?

  1. Seeing as though I've done it before...I guess I can't say no! LOL...but I think it depends on the situation between your prospect & their baby mama/daddy. When the person you're dating is having drama...it can leak into your relationship and cause ackwardness. If the baby mama and daddy have a good, but strictly business relationship...it should be ok. My mom & dad were those single parents and my step parents never had any problems (atleast from what I know)

  2. I don't think I would be able to do it! This kind of drama is the worst kind of drama because there are children involved. Children end up being used as pawns in some kind of way...so I'm straight on the package deal! Plus, I'm selfish...I need all the attention! In addition to all of this my mother was a babymama and she was crazy...so for fear of running into someone like her, I will leave this situation to the compassionate broads! LOL

  3. Yo, Ant...this site is DOPE!! Thanks for the heads up sucka...naw but you know I HAVE to comment on this post. I personally don't think it's fitting for me to do the single parent thing. If I had the ability to honestly say I could 100%control my emotions I would say h*ll no but unfortunately as a human, I can't say that. Sometimes you gotta just go with the flow, everybody has shortcomings, but to judge someone's situation off a person's blessing (child in this situation) is dumb wack. It's def your choice to act on that but accept the fact that shorty has a kid or keep it moving. I'm an advocate of empathizing situations because it can happen to you!!
