Citing the worst financial profits since 2005, Airlines are looking to get you in the air for the holidays and they are dropping fares to do so. CNN reports that Delta sparked an air fare drop earlier this week that caused most major carriers to follow suite. In the face of a struggling economy, analysts were predicting low travel for business or lesuire this holiday season and in response, airlines have been forced to slash the prices. Hoping to spark early ticket sales, holiday fares have been inacted earlier than they have been in years. So what does this mean to folks like me who are living far from home? Initial users of the Walkstations have reported that without making significant changes in their diet, they have experienced weightloss and decreased cholesterol levels. One such user shares, "Instead of sitting down, I'm standing up while I'm doing my work," says Bud Klipa, 56. "I'm healthier and I'm still getting my job done." 


























More recently, G-Unit Records, who saw multi-platinum success with their first six album releases, has seen every artist not named Curtis, flop in popularity and album sales. When popular artists are given record labels, they usually start off small. G-Unit was 50, Banks, Buck, Yayo & Game. Roc-A-Fella was Jay, Bleek, Beans and Amil. No Limit was TRU, Mystikal and Mia X. Popularity, however ended up becoming the achilles heel for all of these labels. As the fame and notoriety grew, every new artist wanted to sign to one of these labels. But how many artists is too many? Why can't label heads see that smaller is sometimes better.
