Random Question of the Day: Valentines Day Edition

Ladies: Is it too late at this point to ask a woman out for Valentines Day if you haven't already?

Dudes: If a girl accepts a date this close to the big day, do you think she's thirsty as F or that she was just waiting on the right guy to ask her out the whole time?

  1. I'm all the way in JPN so I'm away from all of my V-Day prospects right now.
But I don't get why the only choices are 1. She must be thirsty or 2. She's waiting on the right person.
Why can't it be that she's just not dating anyone right now or is not serious about anyone? That doesn't mean she's thirsty, that could mean she's just happy being single ya know? And if you happen to ask her out for VDay, maybe she's like "why not?" and goes with you.
No reason to judge because she hasn't locked down a date nearly two weeks in advance! LOL.
Not everyone books Vday like they book vacations.

Lol, good point my JPN homie. Gotta keep it entertaining though...being democratic and reasonable doesn't always spark healthy convo.

  3. Forget all that if she aint got no plans yet and somebody just ask her out out the blue, she thirsty if she accept. You aint gotta book it like a vacay but this is planning time right here, meaning if you aint got plans right now then v-day aint for you this year. She better off hitting a singles party wit her girls if you ask me

To the above poster: No every dude doesn't think like that some guys think that they were the right guy at the right time. That's why I said asked do you think she's thirsty or that the best option hadn't come along yet. I'm sure most guys think the latter.

Thirsty in this situation means that she just wanted a vday date and would say yes to ANYBODY who asked, whether she was interested or not. Some girls just wanna go out primarily because they aren't content with being single so they'll say yes to whoever.

  7. I don't think it's too late to ask someone out for Vday. No need to front...if you not doin ish....why not? No need to act all uppity b/c it's VDay, treat it like another date in my opinion. And no I'm not "thirsty". I have a fiance' and this is truly my opinion..just in case someone thought I was being bias:-)

  8. Just like Ashley said, "its never too late to aske someone out" for Valentine's Day.
Personally, I'm not doing anything and I just move to Atlanta, and if someone asked me out I'd jump all over it. Why? Because I wasn't doing ish anyway AND it will give me a chance to meet someone new!
