Recognition: Ludacris & T.I.

When rappers do something stupid or illegal, it's world news. When they do something charitable, it usually gets overlooked. This little tidbit almost slipped by me, hidden in the corner of the Atlanta Journal-Constitutions website.

Through the Ludacris Foundation, rappers Chris "Ludacris" Bridges and Clifford "T.I." Harris are each donating $10,000 to help flood victims from the recent storms in the Atlanta area. It was also reported that Ludacris is considering partnering with Home Depot and Sam's Club to put together a food bank for the victims. The Ludacris Foundation also held a benefit earlier this month, that saw Ludacris partner with Nissan South to donate 20 used cars to needy citizens of Atlanta.

Great to see those who have, give back to those who need...especially in their city!
