Random Question of the Day: I Don't Trust You Edition

Would you ever search through a boyfriend/girlfriends telephone, text messages, emails, sock drawer, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc., looking for information that they might be creeping?

Bonus: If you find something, would you confront them, knowing that you snuck into their private stuff in the first place, or would you use it as ammo during a future argument?

In my younger days, I was certainly guilty of going through texts, emails, etc. to try to catch my significant other creeping...and i know clearly that wasn't the right thing to do but it did teach me a valuable lesson about trust. If it doesn't exist in your relationship, you might as well give it up. Why investigate into someone's private messages. If you feel compelled to do that, then your intuition may be telling you that that person is not for you. You def lose your credibility in confronting someone because you've invaded their privacy so you win by losing I guess.

  2. I have done this before but I never confronted them with what I found. I just used it as clarity for our relationship. Which led me to do me...lol!

  4. LOL @ Rachel.....I used to be the queen of sneaking into phones, emails, and voicemails. I would confront them in my own little way....basically I would lie about how I REALLY found the information out BUT that was when I was young and dumb:-)....it seems childish now and whatever someone is meant to find out, eventually they will.
