
Well you missed your chance to buy the Pontiac Silverdome, but for what it pricetag was, you had a shot. The old Detroit Lions stadium sold for a whopping $583,000. That's right, for less than some 2 bedroom homes, you could have bought the Silverdome.
The building was built for $55million and was supposed to sell a year ago for $20m. Instead, the building was sold to a Canadian company that plans to bring a soccer league to the stadium.
I don't care what stocks indicate...when a stadium sells for $500k, the recession aint over.
