Random Question of the Day: Dating vs. Friends Edition

Could you seriously date someone that your friends don't like or who doesn't like your friends?

Bonus: Why do we let outside sources like friends and family have so much of an influence over who we think is right for us?

  1. The thing is...the person you're dating is dating your friends...so it really shouldn't matter whether they "like" them or not...especially if you "love" them. HOWEVER, I do see value in understanding why your friends may not like the person you're dating. Sometimes there's a valid point and one that could save you a lot of drama and/or misery.

    Bonus: I think we know deep down inside that they love us and have our best interest at heart. Although we don't always follow their advice, we are often listening and keeping it in our back pocket.
