Irritated: Detroit Restaurant Edition

So my trips back home just took a sour turn. The Detroit Fish Market and Detroit's Breakfast House & Grill will close, following a lawsuit against the owner, restaurateur, Frank Taylor.

The city sued Taylor, accusing him of manipulation of his profits and transferring money from the Detroit Fish Market to his other ventures. Both the Fish Market and Breakfast House will close tomorrow.

I'm extra irritated because me and my blood family made frequent trips to the Breakfast House when I was in town, so this is throwing off my visits. Even more so, both venues, along with the now bankrupt Seldom Blues, were extremely necessary for the city. They were well-designed restaurants that served quality food and gave a good look to a city that has seen enough plight in its day.
