First off, I want to state that I'm African-American because I'm about to go off on a rant about Black people in the United States. There won't be any cussing or cursing involved.

Black people, yes US/We are some of the most ignorant people! It's not cute, funny, cool, hip, or any other adjective or noun that you can throw in there.

First of all, Kim Kardashian is Armenian. For those of you who don't know geography because you've never picked up a world map, seen a globe, or read an atlas. The country of Armenia is very small and it situated next to Iran and the country of Georgia. Yes, there is an actual country called Georgia. Armenia is above the country called Turkey. Armenia is also near Russia. Armenia used to be a communist country and a part of the Soviet Union. Armenians are an ethnic diaspora (I know that's a big word...go look it up in the dictionary) who are persecuted in Turkey to this day and in some Arab countries. Armenians were massacred by the Turks during the early 1900's and in their culture it's called "The Great Calamity"
Armenians are neither European or West Asian (West Asians are people from the Middle East). Armenia is a region called the Caucasus. That is where Caucasians come from and guess what? White people in the United States are NOT caucasian at all. How do I know this? Ummm, because 99% of white america doesn't have roots from the Caucasus mountains near West Asia.

The reason I just typed all of that is because many ignorant people make the accusation that Kim and her sisters Khloe and Kourtney are white....as in white american as in wasp (white anglo saxon protestant). And even if they were, who cares?
So first and foremost, Kim is not white, she's ethnically mixed since her father was Armenian and her mother is a wasp.

And lastly, why does anyone care who she dates and/or marries? I'm a Black woman and frankly speaking, Black women and men from the United States piss me off with the level of ignorance about everything; politics, government, geography, history, social issues, international affairs.

Finally, this stupid "we need to preserve our race" and have strong Black marriages is no different than the white supremecists who make the same statement over on their white racist site, www.stormfront.com. When people, including Black women make statments about strong Black marriages and the preservation of Blackness, it sounds like eugenics (another big word, look it up) and you sound like David Duke, who wants a pure white race.

News flash....there is no pure any race. Very few ethnic groups have an uninterrupted line of intra-marriage. It's virtually impossible because of the history of travel and conquest.

I've lived to and traveled in over 20 countries and NO I'm not rich or even middle class. It's a lot easier to travel than people think. The people who are the most ignorant and arrogant about it are United States citizens. It's disgusting.

Its not a novelty that most Wte celebrities live in a plastic bubble, but at least be honest about it and be honest with their fans and the public.
